Built in 1903 and fully renovated in May 2022, this 2,200 sq. ft. property combines historic charm with state-of-the-art technology and brand-new furnishings. The home is divided into two distinct, fully-equipped units, offering both togetherness and privacy for your group: First Floor Unit (1,100 sq. ft.): 2 Bedrooms 1.5 Bathrooms Private, fenced-in patio with a soothing fountain, comfortable seating, and charming string lights. Second Floor Unit (1,100 sq. ft.): 2 Bedrooms 2 Full Bathrooms Private balcony perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Interior Amenities (In Each Unit): Stylish leather sofas for relaxing. A brilliant 75" OLED Smart TV for entertainment. Modern, fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Historic Yet Modern: While you'll be staying in a home with 120 years of history, it has been meticulously rebuilt to offer all the comforts of a modern custom home. We've replaced everything, so you won’t have to worry about creaking floors or doors that don’t latch. Soundproofing: To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we have installed special insulation and sound-deadening material between the floors to minimize noise transfer between the two units. Our Goal: We aim to provide a clean, quiet, and memorable experience for your visit to Wilmington. And the entryway locks for each unit can be programmed individually for privacy or can be programmed the same for larger groups what want to share both floors without having to remember two entry codes.

Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2,200 sq. ft. house, including both the first and second-floor units. There are no shared interior spaces. Private Entrances: The property features two separate, private entrances—one for each floor. Keyless Entry: For your convenience and security, the entryway smart locks are programmable. We can set a single code for both doors for seamless access between floors, or provide two different codes if your group prefers more separation.

This house is clean, well appointed, and in a great location. We walked to the historic downtown area and the riverwalk. There are shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is only 20 mins away. Most importantly, the hosts are super responsive and friendly!

Such a wonderful, comfortable place so thoughtfully stylishly designed! Comfortable beds and furniture were complemented by the big-screen televisions and several charging stations around the place. Complementary waters, fruit, charcuterie and chips added the welcoming hospitality that immediately made everyone comfortable! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!
